Welcome to Reloself (www.reloself.in). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Indian laws.

1. Account & Ordering Terms
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order on our storefront.
- You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities carried out under your account.
- We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities without prior notice.

2. Pricing & Payment
- All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices for our products are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
- Payment must be successfully completed before an order is pushed to production, unless a payment option such as Cash on Delivery (COD) is explicitly selected and verified at checkout.
- We utilize secure, third-party payment gateways (like Razorpay/Cashfree) to process transactions. Reloself does not store your credit card or net banking credentials.

3. Product Specifications & Custom Printing
- We make every reasonable effort to display product descriptions, sizing charts, images, and colours as accurately as possible. 
- However, actual colours may appear slightly different depending on your smartphone display or monitor settings.
- Because every garment is custom-printed dynamically using Direct-to-Garment (DTG) or Direct-to-Film (DTF) technologies, minor variations in graphic placement, sizing margins, or ink density may naturally occur and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

4. Order Acceptance & Inventory Limitations
- Completing checkout does not automatically guarantee that your order will be fulfilled. Because Reloself operates on a Print-on-Demand model, our physical inventory depends entirely on our manufacturing partner's (Qikink) blank apparel stock availability.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion due to reasons including:
  * Sudden raw material or blank apparel stock shortages at the fulfillment warehouse.
  * System-wide pricing or catalog listing errors.
  * Flagged or suspected fraudulent transactions by our payment gateways.
  * Incomplete or unreachable customer shipping addresses.
- If we cancel your order after a prepaid payment has been successfully captured, the full transaction amount will be automatically refunded back to your original payment method.

5. Shipping, Dispatch, & Delivery Timelines
- Production Phase: Because our clothes are custom-made to order, products generally take 3 to 5 business days to be printed, quality-checked, and packaged before dispatch. 
- Transit Phase: After dispatch from the fulfillment facility, domestic shipments generally arrive within approximately 3 to 7 business days, depending on your geographic location, pin code serviceability, and courier routing.
- Delivery estimates are purely projections and are not legally binding guarantees. Reloself cannot be held responsible for transit delays caused by extreme weather conditions, public holidays, regional courier disruptions, or incorrect address entries.

6. Returns, Replacements, & Cancellations
- All requests for returns, damaged shipments, or print defects are strictly governed by our standalone Return & Refund Policy.
- Because every item is uniquely manufactured for you at the exact moment of purchase, order cancellations, change-of-mind returns, or size-exchange requests are absolutely not permitted once an order has entered production.

7. Prohibited Uses of the Storefront
You are strictly prohibited from using our website, code, or services to:
- Violate any municipal, state, national, or international laws and regulations.
- Conduct identity theft, payment scams, or phishing activities.
- Attempt to breach, bypass, or interfere with the operational security architecture of our Shopify backend.
- Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, or spyware.
- Copy, pirate, scrape, or commercially reproduce any original graphic artwork, website layouts, custom descriptions, or branding elements belonging to Reloself without explicit written authorization.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
- All brand marks, logos, unique graphic layouts, custom-curated apparel designs, and written content displayed on www.reloself.in are the exclusive property of Reloself or are used with verified commercial licensing permissions. Unauthorised duplication will result in immediate legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian consumer laws, Reloself, its owners, and its printing affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising out of the use of our website or the wearing of our products.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
- These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India.

11. Consumer Protection Compliance (Grievance Officer)
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, any consumer grievances, tracking issues, or policy complaints can be formally directed to our designated Grievance Officer:
